I had a great experience with Haven digital lock from first purchase to installation my digital lock.The technical staff who did the installation was seamless, I am extremely satisfied with how easy the features are. Pricing is alright. As I am the first time digital lock user need effort to study the features, Mr Sammy who recommended the Hyundai HY-8 model to me was responsive and very helpful in explaining questions that I have. Their team was responsive , knowledgeable and professional. If you are like me first time buyer of digital lock do consider Haven Digital Lock, i had a wonderful experience.

Very professional and in-depth brand. Took the time to answer all our queries even though it has passed the operating time. Installation was good, guided through the operations of adding users etc. Entire team was very friendly throughout the process. Thank you once again, Haven Digital.

A BIG THANK YOU to Sammy for all the wonderful service. Everything was very smooth and he was always ready to answer our queries. Very easy to use and we recommend this door digital lock to others due to its facial recognition and fingerprint feature at a reasonable price. A MUST BUY!!!💪

We decided to buy a digital lock as a present for my sis since she just moved into her new BTO. The lock was very user friendly and recognises the fingerprint with no issues unlike other brands. Very happy and pleased with the product and service from Haven Digital lock. Melissa was very polite and patient in explaining out the different products and it's functions and even answered our queries after installation. The on site installation guy was very patient and explained the functions clearly to my sis and her hubby. Am very Happy and Pleased with the service. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in buying a digital lock for their home. Thank you!
