Can I install a digital lock on my HDB / condo / landed home?
Yes! Almost all homes can. The key factor is clearance between door and gate (usually 7cm is enough).
How long does installation take?
Around 30–90 minutes for most doors. Our installers will also train you on how to use it!
What happens if the battery dies?
The lock gives low-battery alerts weeks in advance. If it fully drains, you can use a physical backup key or emergency power bank (USB).
How long can the battery last?
On average, the batteries last 10–12 months with normal daily use. The lock gives you voice + app alerts weeks before it runs low, so you’ll have plenty of time to replace/recharge them.
How many fingerprints can I add?
Our locks can store up to 100 fingerprints, face IDs, or palm vein profiles – more than enough for the whole family, helpers or even office staff.
What’s the warranty like?
We offer the longest warranty coverages in Singapore.
