Very well customer service and diligently installation done, no hassle. I was looking around for a budget digi door. and HAVEN showed me the way. I had to look nowhere else for anotherlock, Sure to recommend Haven Digital Lock. Kudos. 👍🏼👍🏼

The help and assistance from Haven Digital lock was so solid!!! The technician did a fantastic job and so did Sammy from their customer service team! I would like to thank Haven for the awesome support and amazing service level. Keep up the good work guys!

The X3 model quality feels very sturdy and secure. So much more convenient without the need of using the keys to unlock the door. Thanks Sammy from Haven Digital Lock. The installation was done fast and Mr Ali helped us to set up everything and guided us on how to setup. Highly recommended them to anyone who are looking for digital locks.

Got the X3 Digital Lock from Haven and i must say their service was incredible. Sammy served me and he was patient to advise on the suitable locks due to different installation holes from existing locks. My locks were then installed by their installer Ali, who was very friendly. He was knowledgeable on the products and helped me set everything up. Would highly recommend them. 5 Stars service

I first came across Haven through their instagram and booked an appointment to go down to their showroom. Melissa was extremely patient in explaining each digital functions. In the end, we bought the X3. Thumbs up to the excellent service provided.

Glad that I came to Haven for their digital lock. Sammy offered excellent service. He is friendly and gave good advice on the products. Trustworthy and fuss free. Product comes with 3 years warranty and reasonably priced. Happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!
