10/10 product and service. Do come to get your digital locks installed by them. The V2 has many features which made it easy even for my dad to use.

Sammy, the salesperson, was exceptionally friendly and provided me with valuable information about various digital lock models. Given the multitude of options, I couldn't determine which one would be more user-friendly for my mom but with his help i went with the V2 model. Thank you so much she finds it very easy to use and it made things easier for her. Highly recommend Haven digital lock to be your choice!

It was a pleasant experience with Haven. The responses were prompt, the sales person was very helpful, and the installation team did an excellent job explaining the functions of the digital lock. Installed their V2 and i must say that i enjoy the fast functions the lock has. I recommend getting your locks from Haven.

I appreciate the customer service alot! As someone who does not have knowledge about digital locks, Sammy was so patient and helpful taking time answering each and everyone of them! They deserve the 5 stars for such excellent service! Will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Seller was responsive, helpful and respectful. Really helped me alot and came on same day to help me install . 5 stars!
