Love my new set of sync locks! Once unlock the gate lock the main door lock also unlocks, which is very convenient. Sammy is helpful and friendly, and i've already arranged to install for my parents house too. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic work by haven singapore team. The customer service and technician team were both extremely friendly and helpful. Installation was quick and not too noisy. Locks are very high quality and solid, hope it lasts long!!

Installed ultra+ sync bundle and they were very nice to teach how to use at the end of installation. Very cool with video camera, unlock is quick and synchronised is very convenient. thank you

I had an excellent experience with this company. After seeing their positive reviews, I asked for a recommendation for my door, and while there was a slight issue with the initial installation, it was promptly corrected. Great experience with the haven digital lock team. they were friendly, fast to respond and patient in helping with any inquiries i had. On installation day, they came on time and set it up within an hour. They also taught how to use the locks and gave us tips for more convenience. Overall value for money and will give a 5 stars!
