Took awhile to understand the settings. The digital lock was fast, even in the settings, reaction, camera, scanning. Pretty amazing I must say

Really happy with the service. My old lock was giving up the fight and they were able to install a new one for me within 24 hours through their urgent installation process. Installer turned up when he said he would, he was quick and thorough. Took the time to help me set up the lock with clear explanations. Can’t fault anything with the whole experience👏👏👏👏

Went to the showroom at 8 plus in the morning as Google stated their opening time at 9am, but upon reaching, the showroom was still closed but there were alrdy staff inside. Instead of asking us to come back again at 9 (the new actual opening time), they had very graciously asked us to come in and introduced Melissa to help us with our requests for a new gate and door bundle Digital lock where i went with the Oracle bundle because of how sleek it looked haha!!! The process was very smooth and it was a very good sales experience. All in all, highly recommended for anyone who wishes to get digital locks to go to Haven digital lock!!!!!

My husband and I were served by Melissa at Havens Digital Locks Showroom. Her professionalism, dedication and patience to detail did not go unnoticed, and it made a significant difference. We want to express our utmost appreciation for the exemplary service provided by Havens team and their installers.
