I recently purchased S-12 model and the customer service was excellent. The staff Sammy was very patient and helpful, explaining the different models clearly and answering all my questions before I made a decision. He took the time to go through the functions and features so I could fully understand what I was getting. I’m very impressed with their professionalism and clear communication. It looks amazing on my door too. A smooth and pleasant purchasing experience, highly recommended!🙏

We contemplated getting a digital lock for the longest time and we didnt know which to choose since there are so many in the market. My husband and i are so happy we came across Haven Digital lock Hugo is very helpful and accommodating from the start. I love the facial recognition feature!! It is honestly the best feature especially when your hands are full! The S-12 is a very different design i really love how it looks! The installation was super quick and fuss free. They helped to set up my password and even cleaned the place before they left! Thanks Haven and team! Definitely highly recommended!!

Haven digital has a variety of digital locks but their S-12 really stood out to me. The features of the lock is really convenient and the unlocking feedback time is so smooth and fast. I really recommend Haven digital lock to everyone who is interested in upgrading their door lock. Their customer service is also another outstanding factor. Thumbs up to them!!!
