It Started With Something Personal
When we first entered the digital lock industry, we saw customers overwhelmed by too many choices, technical features they did not understand, and brands that often disappeared after installation.
We felt there had to be a better way.
So we built Haven around the experience we would personally want for ourselves and our own families: reliable products, honest recommendations, professional installation, and someone who would still be there when help was needed.
In the beginning, we learned directly from our customers. What frustrated them, what worked well, what failed in real homes, and what they wished could be better.
Those conversations became the foundation of Haven.
Our Biggest Collaboration
In 2025, we began collaborating with Hyundai Korea to bring together Hyundai’s reputation for reliability with Haven’s focus on design, usability and the needs of Singapore homes.
Rather than simply adding another name to our range, the collaboration gave us the opportunity to offer products that reflected what we believe a digital lock should be: dependable, intuitive and designed to fit naturally into the modern home.
For Haven, it marked an important step forward and strengthened our commitment to bringing customers products we can confidently stand behind.
The Trust We’ve Built Together
As Haven grew, one thing became increasingly clear to us: selling a digital lock is only the beginning.
We wanted Haven to be the kind of company customers could still reach when that happened.
That focus on after-sales care, responsiveness and accountability has become one of the things customers know us for today, helping us earn consistently strong ratings and reviews from homeowners across Singapore.
